Happy Birth Day to my newest niece, Ava Carol Schwarz! She was born this morning by c-section, weighing 7 lbs. 2 oz., 19 1/2 inches long. She is beautiful, and all are doing great! Congratulations, Rich and Anna! We are so very happy for you! Maddie is thrilled with another girl cousin (her 10th!!), but the boys would've liked a little help from Uncle Rich to balance things out a bit (only ONE boy cousin!!).

fun weekend
We had such a fun weekend! My brother Jason and nephew Levi came to town for a quick visit while Megan was at a women's retreat with her church. Levi is getting so big! He turned two last week...so hard to believe! We decided to go to the Denver zoo on Saturday and had so much fun experiencing it through Levi's eyes. That afternoon we had celebrated birthdays -- Levi turned 2 on the 28th, Nate turned 14 on the 30th, and Micah will turn 11 on the 11th of this month. Happy birthday to all! (Oh, and I can't forget my sweet nieces, Ella and Abby, who turn 2 today!! We miss you and love you so much! Happy Birthday, girls!)
